1. Return Policy

• We offer a 7-day return policy for courses, which allows you to request a refund if you are dissatisfied with the course, as long as you have not accessed or started the course content.
• To be eligible for a return, you must submit your request within 7 days of the course purchase date.
• The course should remain unused, and you must not have downloaded or accessed the course materials.

2. Cancellation Policy

• If you wish to cancel your enrollment, you can do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Once the course has been accessed, cancellation requests will not be accepted unless there are exceptional circumstances.
• Cancellations after the course has started will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Policy

• Eligible Refunds: If your return request is approved, we will process the refund within 7 to 10 working days to the original payment method.
• Non-Refundable Cases:
  • Once you have accessed the course content, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds will not be provided for digital products or services once the course has started or the content has been downloaded.

4. Refund Process

• To initiate a refund request, you must contact us at support@takdirit.com with your order details and reason for the refund.
• Once we approve your refund request, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 7–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Exceptions

• Refunds will not be granted for any courses or content that have been fully accessed, downloaded, or completed.
• If you have encountered any issues with the course content or technical difficulties, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance before requesting a refund.
